"There are a number of big decisions we make in our lives. Picking the right realtor is one of those big decisions. Buying, or in our case selling, a home in Lakeside California was very intense, but Trevor and his Team kept us moving forward and focused on the important things.

 

The service provided by him and his team was absolutely top notch. I highly recommend him. Polite, professional and down to earth - if we had questions or concerns, he had the answers. Day or night he was responsive to our queries within moments. His knowledge of the local market, comps and trends is superior to the competition. His use of technology and media in the prelisting phase, generating interest in our home, resulted in a huge crowd at the property for the only open house. Ultimately, we received over a dozen offers and Trevor walked us through the pros and cons of each one. We accepted an offer after 9 days on the market and closed in 21 days in July of 2025.

 

While in escrow he kept us informed and worked closely with the buyer's agent to stay on track. Overall, this was a great experience. This is not the first house we have sold. But selecting Trevor and his team was certainly one of the best decisions we have ever made."
